Liezel believes finding mind, body and soul balance in healing.

She has extensive training and experience working with several modalities. Her offerings range from CranioSacral therapy, Visceral Manipulation, Reiki Level II, Neural Manipulation and she is also a Registered Massage Therapist. With the addition of Reiki, Liezel is able to examine if there is an overactive or underactive energy centre, known as chakras, throughout the body and can assist in restoring balance in a non-invasive way. She is also trained in Continuum Movement that is a technique that uses breath and movement to help restore body alignment within the body.

She adapts the treatment session depending on the clients goals and clinical findings through a detailed assessment.
