Graduating with Honours in Psychology, Minor in History and a Post-Grad in Behavioral Science Technology. Her expertise has allowed her to work in various capacities, from working in the health industry to the tech start-up space.
After a snowmobile accident she was guided to bring it full circle and bring the understanding of habits and mental fitness to spiritual entrepreneurs. She is the Founder of The Mindful Blueprint where she now helps people understand their behavior patterns (past and present) and how certain thoughts and micro-habits can lead them to a more mindful life.
Mina is a speaker, leads workshops and works with various organizations by helping them understand different behavior’s & biases limiting them from working in a more positive environment thus resulting in a more co-operative and meaningful work space.
